Ti' Corail Restaurant
Ti’ Corail works like a foodtruck without wheels on the beach of the Grand Cul de Sac Lagoon.
Yann Vinsot, living in Saint-Barthélémy for 27 years, including 21 years in one of the most beautiful hotels on the island. In the summer of 2020, he met Turenne Laplace, a native of the island, who humbly rebuilt O’ Corail, his small establishment, on the beach of the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon with his own hands.
Turenne wished to revive this institution that his sister Odette had made shine a few years before. It is in this simple, authentic and sincere approach that Ti’ Corail was born in March 2021.
Every day, you will find locally caught fish, salads and herbs from the surrounding gardens as well as other homemade dishes and desserts.
